Talk with the npc with the blue Phat and then select the 4th option. There are a lot of different items you can buy from the vote Vouchers. .... Then after you get some Crystal keys you have to Teleport to falador and go to Taverley. And there is the Crystal chest, of course you get juicy items from there 😄 enjoy it
